Social media plays a crucial role in today's recruiting landscape and can, in my opinion, be just as important as getting your initial emails right. As a former college coach, I relied heavily on social media for recruiting, and it's clear that many other coaches do the same. In this chapter, we'll explore what coaches look for on social media and provide some key do's and don'ts to help you navigate this aspect of the recruiting process effectively.
